Course Content

Module 1 : Creative & Critical Thinking
In this module, educators will explore how to nurture curiosity, imagination, and inquiry-driven learning. You will learn strategies like design thinking, questioning frameworks, and reflective prompts to help students become independent thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Practical techniques will be shared to design engaging learning experiences that foster innovation, originality, and deeper understanding in everyday classrooms.

Module 2 : Classroom & Behaviour Management
Disruptions and disengagement are common, but they can be managed effectively with the right systems in place. This module offers practical, research-backed strategies to create a structured and respectful classroom environment. Teachers will learn proactive routines, positive behaviour reinforcement techniques, and how to manage different learner profiles using tiered behaviour systems. Emphasis will be placed on creating a calm classroom culture without relying on punishment.

Module 3 : Social & Emotional Intelligence
his module focuses on building emotionally safe, inclusive classrooms rooted in empathy, connection, and trust. Teachers will gain tools to support student well-being, manage emotions, and create a sense of belonging. Topics include self-regulation strategies, empathy-building activities, and emotional check-ins that can be embedded into the school day. Educators will also develop their own social-emotional intelligence to lead with authenticity and compassion.

Module 4 : Artificial Intelligence in Education
AI is no longer the future—it's the present. In this module, teachers will explore how to integrate AI tools in planning, feedback, differentiation, and engagement. Learn how AI can help you save time, personalize instruction, and introduce future-ready skills to your students. Even if you’re not tech-savvy, this module will equip you with user-friendly tools, ethical considerations, and creative applications of AI in the K–12 classroom.

Module 5 : Instructional Design & Lesson Planning
This final module ties it all together by helping you design clear, inclusive, NEP-aligned lesson plans that work in real classrooms. You’ll be introduced to simple planning frameworks like backward design and universal design for learning (UDL). Learn how to build effective learning objectives, align assessments with outcomes, and plan interdisciplinary or experiential learning sessions. Whether you’re new or experienced, this module helps make your planning more intentional and impactful.
