    All services, including our training programs, courses, and materials, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any of our services at any time without prior notice.

    • All prices for services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
    • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
    • SkillStrat Consulting reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any services already purchased will not be affected by such changes.

    Cancellation by SkillStrat

    We reserve the right to cancel any service for reasons including and not limited to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

    • Misuse of the platform, spamming, or violating any policies will lead to account suspension.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date for digital products like courses or training sessions.
    • Refunds will only be considered for unused or unaccessed services. If you have attended a course or downloaded materials, a refund will not be processed.

    Cancellation Policy

    • For live sessions or scheduled classes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations after that time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

    Processing Time for Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit card).
    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Non-refundable Items

    • Certain services such as consultation sessions, downloadable content, and on-demand courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

    Mode of Refund

    • Refunds will be credited only to the bank account or payment method used for the original purchase.
